General Description
The Teesside University offers the Peter Atherton Opportunities Award to support new students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The sum awarded will amount to £2,500 (currently about 3130 euro) per year; funding will be provided for three years.Requirements
These awards are exclusively for prospective Teesside University Business School students. Eligible applicants should be predicted to gain grades of at least ABB or equivalent; they must also live in a household featuring in socio-economic classifications 4-8, located in an area recognised as having low participation in higher education. In addition to that, the parents and grandparents of applicants must not have ever been enrolled at a British university. Applicants must be permanent residents of the UK.Similar scholarships
