About this scholarship
General Description
Special Stipend for the handicapped students is awarded to students with different types and degrees of handicap.
Requirements
Students must apply to receive this scholarship. They must submit a certificate of the type and the degree of their handicap. The students may apply for the scholarship if the handicap is first determined during the course of the studies. The stipend is paid on the month following the application. If the handicap certificate expires during the study semester, the payments are stopped. If the student submits a new certificate with a new handicap basis, the application will be considered as a new one and the payments will follow on the month after the application was made.
