General Description
The Leverhulme Trade Charities Trust offers bursaries of up to £3000 to children and spouses of travellers, grocers or chemists who are also students in financial need.
Requirements
Applicants must be UK residents registered on a full time undergraduate degree at a UK university. It is essential that all candidates are children, spouses, widows or widowers of someone who has worked (and currently works, or has retired within the last 10 years) in the UK as a grocer (someone who owns or works in an independent UK business that sells goods for household use), commercial traveller (someone who has travelled to secure orders and promote business for a B2B company) or a chemist (someone who is registered with the GPC and sells or dispenses medicines to the public).
