University of Limerick - Designer of the Year Award – Logitech Prize

Benefit

As the top graduate of the Bachelor’s degree programme in ‘Product Design and Technology’ at the University of Limerick, you will win a cash prize of 1,000 EUR. Logitech Ireland sponsors the prize and presents it once a year as part of the ‘Design@UL’ exhibition, a public showcase of student work in Limerick City. One winner is named ‘Designer of the Year’, and a runner-up is often honoured as well.

Eligibility

• University: You’re studying at the University of Limerick.
• Course: You are enrolled on the ‘Product Design and Technology’ Bachelor’s degree programme (programme code LM076).
• Year of study: You are in Year 4, your final year.
• Nationality: Any nationality can apply.

How to apply

There is no separate application process. A jury will assess your final-year project as part of the annual ‘Design@UL’ exhibition, which usually takes place in May or June, and will select the winner based on the quality of the work.
