About this scholarship
General Description
The Cathedrawl Church of the Holy and Undivided Trinity in Bristol offers scholarships for altos, tenors, and basses. These scholarships are only available to males and they are tenable. Four scholarships are normally awarded. The scholarship can be renewed for three years but the student must meet all academic and other specifications. The scholarship is valued at £1,393.20. This is made in twelve equal installments to the student. Students that have attained the scholarship are required to sing at four services a week. The scholarship students are be required to attend all rehearsals. Proper behavior is required by the student during services. The students are expected to act presentable both in and out of the public eye.
Requirements
These scholarships are only available to males. Candidates for these scholarships should apply through normal UCAS channels. At the audition candidates will sing two contrasting pieces, the candidate will perform unprepared sight reading and ear tests. There is also an interview. Students must agree to the scholarships obligations.
