About this scholarship
General Description
In 1982 the University of Edinburgh undertook an expedition to East Greenland. The Mackay Greenland Fund keeps that tradition alive. It offers students at the university financial support for geological expeditions in Greenland.Requirements
The expedition must be extra-curricular and take place either during the Easter holidays or the summer holidays. Undergraduates and postgraduates can apply. It is open to everyone in the university but priority is given to applicants studying geology and geophysics. Successful applicants must complete a short report on their return.Similar scholarships
