About this award / prize

General Description

The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens announces two contests for the best doctoral thesis and the best scientific paper devoted to the subject of 'The Institution of Roman or Byzantine Law'. The prize amount for the best thesis is 20000 Euro and 10000 Euro for the best research paper.

Requirements

Interested parties should submit three copies of their thesis or research paper. Professors at the University of Athens and other faculty members are not allowed to take part in the competition.
