General Description
The City of Dornbirn offers subsidies for students in financial need interested in continuing their studies. Five grant programmes are available: Study Promotions, Awards for Scientific Performances, Dr. Emmi Herzberger Language Awards, Funds for International Unterstanding and Foreign Exchange Scholarships. Funding will be provided for a maximum of 12 months.
Requirements
While these scholarships are for the most part open to students having achieved a good level of academic success while coming from a low-income family, the exact requirements depend on the chosen grant programme. Applicants must have been registered as permanent residents of Dornbirn for at least three years.
