About this scholarship
General Description
Training and Development Agency for Schools (TDA) has teacher trainee bursaries available to graduates of exceptional merit as an incentive to joining the teaching profession. Substantial bursaries are available to candidates with first class or 2:1 degrees in Physics, Maths, Computing, Chemistry, Languages. Other priority secondary subjects are English, history, biology, geography, music, and design and technology. The amount of the bursary available will depend on the candidate’s class of degree and subject taught. It ranges from £20,000 for a first class or 2:1 degree to £15,000 for a 2:2.Requirements
Candidates should have a 2:1 degree or higher in Physics, Maths, Computing, Chemistry, Languages, English, history, biology, geography, music, and design and technology.Similar scholarships
