General Description
Students from Wales, England and Northern Ireland who are entering their undergraduate degree will have an opportunity to apply for the Edinburgh UNITE Accommodation and Access Bursaries. This scholarship covers full accommodation costs for a maximum of 4 years. There is also an annual maintenance allowance of £3,000, also for a maximum of 4 years.
Requirements
Applicants must be entering their first year of an undergraduate degree and they must come from Wales, England or Northern Ireland. The selection is made mainly on the basis of significant financial need. But, if personal and family circumstances are very difficult, those students will be given a priority. They must intend to live in University accommodation for a maximum of 4 years. Students must be offered a place at the University of Edinburgh and they must be sure that the University of Edinburgh is their first choice.
