General Description
Up to 5 bursaries are available at the University of Edinburgh for students who need financial and mentoring assistance in order to achieve better results. The scholarships are worth from £1,000 to £2,500 annually. They are awarded for the duration of the undergraduate degree. Students who receive scholarships also get access to mentors to help them in their work. And they get paid summer work placements.
Requirements
Applicants must be resident in Scotland and accepted on an undergraduate degree at the University of Edinburgh in Accountancy, Finance or Management. Selection is made on the basis of the applicant's household income. Except for showing great potential, a student's financial and personal circumstances are also taken into consideration.
