General Description

The class of your degree and the subjects you intend to teach are the determinants of the amount of the bursary you will be eligible for. Graduates with a first class degree can be eligible for bursary up to £20,000, but they have to apply for training to teach physics, Chemistry, math or modern foreign languages.

Requirements

Applicants for PGCE in other secondary specialism or other primary teaching can be eligible for the bursary, but they have to provide holding a degree with minimum 2:1. GTP trainees are not eligible for the bursaries.
