General Description

The Blavatnik School of Government offers fully-funded scholarships to outstanding applicants to the Master of Public Policy programme. This award provides a full tuition fee waiver plus living expenses.

Candidates must be students applying to the MPP programme at the University of Oxford, and all applicants must have exceptional academic records.
