General Description

The University of Salzburg tenders scholarships for Doctorate students. These scholarships financially support the visit of workshops, congresses and conventions abroad. This awards is targeted towards Doctorate students enrolled at the University of Salzburg, who do not hold a service contraction with the university. The scholarship covers travel costs, accommodation expenses and seminar fees. It is no full ride but more financial allowances

Requirements

Only Doctorate students may apply. Students must have completed at least 2 semesters of their doctorate studies. Applicants must be EEA citizens or “equivalent aliens”. Enrollment in a continuous degree program is mandatory. Candidates must have their main place of residence in Austria. The maximum age is 30.
