About this grant / loan

General Description

Every year, the Vienna University of Economics and Business awards the Stephen Koren prize to a PhD student of the university who, through their dissertation and throughout their course of study, has contributed to the scientific growth and reputation of the university in their respective subject area. The prize is worth a maximum of 2,200 Euros and can be divided in the case of two more equally deserving applications.

Requirements

Eligible candidates are students who have earned their PhDs in the previous calendar year and whose dissertations were judged to be "very good".
