University of Bradford - Scholarships for Current Students

General Description

This is a scholarship funded by Sodexo. There are four scholarships worth £1,250. All current students at the University of Bradford are eligible for the award regardless of whether they are home, EU, or international students. Undergraduates or postgraduates can apply, as can full-time or part-time students. Students can apply under three areas: 1) Hardship - applicants must show how they have overcome hardship to remain on the course, or how they have undergone unforeseen circumstances creating financial hardship; 2) Star Student – applicants have to have outstanding academic achievement or improvement, alternatively, they can show how they have contributed to the course; or, 3) Community Contribution – applicants can prove how they have made a significant contribution either to the University of Bradford community, or to the wider local community

Requirements

Applicants should not be in receipt of any other scholarship. They must be registered on a full award programme and they should not have received this award before. Students have to write a personal statement and provide any additional documents, evidence, or a supporting statement.
