About this scholarship

General Description

Among the Trust funds that provide scholarships in the CHESS competition is Newton Trust. This PhD award is tenable for three years. Students who wish to take part in the competition should intend to begin writing their Thesis in the year of the competition.

Requirements

This scholarship scheme is open to UK students only. They must apply to continue to the PhD or use the Graduate Application Form (GRADSAF) to be admitted. No current PhD students are allowed to compete for the award.
