A new International Scholarship programme is now launched by The University of Cumbria and is dedicated for students who show outstanding academic achievement. The scholarship will cover the 50% of the tuition fees for one year of study. The scholarship is not available for NHS-funded courses (i.e. Nursing, Physiotherapy, Radiography or Social Work) or for degrees leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Students enrolling on programmes lasting more than one year might have the chance to be awarded for the first year of the programme only. International applicants, who hold an unconditional offer and have accepted their place, are eligible to apply.
The scholarship is open to applicants who hold an offer of a place of study on an eligible full-time bachelor’s degree, top-up degree or a taught master’s degree (180 credits) at the University of Cumbria. Students in most courses, including business, creative arts, law, science, literature, TESOL, sport, outdoor and social sciences, may apply for the scholarship programme.
