About this scholarship
General Description
The IBM Ph.D. Fellowship Awards Program will give preference to students who have had an IBM internship or have closely collaborated with technical or services people from IBM. IBM also encourages nominations of women, minorities and all who contribute to that diversity. Students must be nominated by a doctoral faculty member (max two for department). It is an intensely competitive worldwide program.Requirements
At the time of appointment, students must have completed the first year of doctorate; but if they come from Europe and Russia this requirement loses value. Applicants should have very good marks. The courses of study include: cyber security, cloud, mobile computing, chemistry, material sciences, physics and many other areas of IBM's interest.Similar scholarships
