The Greek State - Scholarship

General Description

The Greek State offers 50 scholarships for the purpose of attending courses and seminars in the Modern Greek Language and Culture. The duration of the scholarship is eight months. Tuition fees, meals and accommodation, as well as a monthly allowance and some extra expenses are covered by the scholarship.

Requirements

Only foreigners can apply, Greek nationals are not accepted. The applicant needs to have a graduate degree from a foreign university, in the field of the Humanities or the Social or Political Sciences. The applicant must be under 40 years old, and have at least a basic knowledge of the Greek language.
