General Description

Bangor University offers Startup Bursaries to support those students entering the university from care, former Foyer residents or those who were homeless immediately before starting their studies. These one-off bursaries, worth £1000, are intended to cover course related costs such as books, equipment, travel, and study aids; they are only available to students for their first year.

Requirements

The Startup Bursaries are offered to new full-time undergraduate first year students at Bangor University who are care leavers, former Foyer residents or were homeless immediately before starting their studies.
