About this scholarship
General Description
The Barbara Harris Scholarship was established by the University of Kent after receiving a generous donation from Barbara Harris. This gift provides two scholarships worth £1000 each for each year of study (renewable on an annual basis, subject to good academic progress). The £1000 will be paid direct to students - £500 at the end of December each year and £500 at the end of March each year.
Requirements
This scholarship is available for home students who have received an offer for one of the following full-time undergraduate degrees at the University of Kent: Accounting and Finance - Canterbury, Accounting and Management - Medway, Business Administration and Business Studies. Applicants must have studied at a UK state secondary school in Kent, having achieved a minimum of AAB at A level. Candidates must permanently reside in the postcode areas of CT1 to CT21 or CT50.
