General Description
The Erasmus programme, funded and promoted by the European Union, is the most popular and extensive international student mobility scheme in the European continent. Grantees will receive up to 790 euro monthly (depending on a set of guidelines based on the distance travelled and the cost of living in the host country; in most cases, the sum actually given will be much lower than the maximum quantity hereby stated); funding will be provided for a maximum of 12 months.
Requirements
Applicants must be registered in a higher education institution and enrolled in studies leading to a recognised degree or other recognised tertiary level qualification (up to and including the level of doctorate). Erasmus students are selected by their sending higher education institution.
