National University of Ireland, Maynooth - Entrance Scholarships

General Description

Entrance Scholarships are offered to first year students applying to the National University of Ireland Maynooth. The scholarship is for offsetting academic costs. Students whose performance on their Leaving Certificate or GCE Examinations is exceptional are given automatic consideration for the €1,000 award. This means that those who score 525 points or more. The scholarship also includes a guaranteed room in the university’s apartments.

Requirements

Exceptional performance on Leaving Certificate or GCE Examinations is necessary to be considered for the scholarship. A separate application is not necessary though, as students are automatically considered once they submit their documents to the university and meet the requirements.
