General Description
The Michael Hillery and Jacinta O'Brien Athletics Scholarship was established in memory of two deceased members of the UL community. The scholarship is valued at €7,000. The student will receive many benefits such as waiver of fees for campus living and an expert coach. Students are also awarded €500 per year. Eligible candidates have either won or competed at World U20 or U23 or European U20 or U23 or represented Ireland in Athletics at Senior Level. These activities must have taken place the year before the student applies.
Requirements
Applicants must be registered at University of Limerick. Applicants must have either won or competed at World U20 or U23 or European U20 or U23 or represented Ireland in Athletics at Senior Level. These activities must have taken place the year before the student applies.
