General Description
The University of Carlos III of Madrid, through its alumni association, offers scholarships to students with excellent academic records but few economic means. Students should be primarily from other regions. The amount offered is 3,000 Euro per year of study, which can be renewed each year. Economic need is determined if the student's family income is below a certain threshold. Different thresholds exist for smaller and larger families.
