Applicants must come from countries from middle, east or south Europe, the Caucasus and central Asia with proof of very good or good German knowledge and catholic confession (in special cases, applicants can also have other Christian confessions, as long as they were recommended from Catholic partners.
Church and social engagement is required, as well as a willingness to return to one’s home country following the scholarship. The group is especially looking for academics and postgraduates who work in their home countries, students who wish to depen their studies with a time in Germany or Master students who plan a one semester stay in Germany. Application forms will be emailed to the applicant when s/he is recommended for the scholarship.
