General Description

The Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM) has an UAM-MAPFRE grant for studies and internships in Latin America for UAM students wishing to participate in an exchange at one of UAM’s partner universities in Latin America, or an internship at an MAPFRE office. The maximum period of stay is six months. The financial assistance will consist of a monthly allowance of €600 plus a one-time expense allowance of €1,500. 4 scholarships are available.

Requirements

Candidates must be enrolled for a Degree, a Double Degree or a Master’s Degree at UAM. Candidates must either be nationals of Spain or another EU country or of a Third Country. Foreign students who have legal residency in Spain or official refugee status may also apply. Candidates must have completed at least 60 ECTS credits or equivalent. Students enrolled in the following degree course may apply: Degree in Economics, Degree in Economics and Finance, Degree in Business Administration and Management or Degree in Law, Degree in Mathematics or Degree in Computer Engineering; Master in Accounting, Auditing and its effects on Capital Markets, Master in Marketing Management, Master in International Economics, Master in Mathematics and Applications and Master in Human Resources.
