Navarra University offer a scholarship for Spanish students in financial needs. The scholarship only for a degree students, will cover the University fees:
Requirements
Students must have your with family based in Spain. In order to be eligible, the parents of the applicant cannot exceed the predetermined annual income limits of 18.000€
