General Description

Providing support to descendants of Merchant J.C Wads grandfather and grandmother on fathers side, Jens Thyrresen Wad and wife Kirstine, and grandfather and grandmother on mothers side, Jens Chr. Kjeldsen and wife Elise Amalie. According to the charter, half the funds must applied to young men and women from the family in aid of their studies, provided they show ability and desire to study. The other half must be given to worthy, preferably older persons from the family, who are in financial need.
