General Description
The Catholic University for Social Services in Berlin has through the Germany Scholarship Programme of the Federal Government, awarded scholarships since 2011. The Germany Scholarships consist of a sponsorship in the amount of 300 Euro per month. The scholarship is initially disbursed for a year and, in accordance with academic performance, can be extended to the regular course of study.
Requirements
Fundamentally, current students in all faculties can apply for the Germany Scholarship. This Germany Scholarship is intended for students currently enrolled at the Catholic University for Social Services in Berlin. The application can be submitted at any point during the course of study. New students should demonstrate an outstanding grade average in their Abitur (school leaving examinations). Current students beyond the second academic semester must have achieved outstanding performance to date in their course of study. Moreover, social involvement will be taken into consideration in the evaluation of the application.
