General Description

The Ludwig Maximilians University in München manages various Foundations from which student financial assistance is allocated. Scholarships can be granted in the form of a one time lump sum payment for special need study-related costs or as periodic payments when (more) state support isn’t possible. Through the allowances of the Dr. Karl Heinz Kurtze scholarships are offered for doctoral candidates in the Veterinary Science faculty, specifically in the area of Tropical Veterinarian Science.

Requirements

The scholarship targets doctoral candidates in the veterinarian science faculty enrolled at the Ludwig Maximilians University in München. Dissertations in the field of Tropical Veterinarian Science will be specifically supported. In order to receive this scholarship, financial need must be demonstrated consistent with the stipulations within the BAföG. Additonally, good grades for a reasonable period of the study time are expected. No further prerequisites are stipulated.
