General Description

The Selma Mayer mentoring program at the University of Dusseldorf is a human resources development program in support of female scientists. The program helps qualified and committed young researchers in the planning and development of their career. The scientists especially are supported to identify their skills and abilities to develop and systematically integrate them in their career planning. In the further development of the structure, the development of networks should be supported. To optimize the key skills different lines of the program have been developed specifically for scientists in medicine and other disciplines.

Requirements

The program is aimed at graduate students, postdoctoral researchers and scientists in advanced habilitation process or already habilitated scientists from the University of Dusseldorf. The promotion is aimed at qualified and committed students. The program is aimed exclusively at women.
