Domus Scholarship at St Peter's College, Oxford

You will receive a one-off payment of approximately 235 EUR (£200), as well as the honorary title of ‘Domus Scholar’. Your Oxford college awards this honour for top marks in your first-year examinations. You will retain this title for the entire duration of your studies, including a fourth year of study should you undertake one; however, the payment is made only once. This is a college-level award rather than a central scholarship from the University of Oxford, so the exact amount and rules may vary slightly from college to college.

Who can apply

• Level: You are an undergraduate student at St Peter’s College, Oxford.
• Grades: You achieved a ‘Distinction’ or ‘First Class’ in your first public examination. These examinations usually take place at the end of the first year of study and are also known as ‘Moderations’ or ‘Mods’.
• Recommendation: Your tutors have nominated you for the award.
• Field of study: Open to all subjects.
• Nationality: All nationalities welcome.

How to apply

No application is required. Places are allocated automatically on the basis of your first-year examination results and your tutors’ recommendations, usually after the end of your first year of study.

How realistic are your chances?
