Benefit

This scholarship covers one year of the ‘Master of Public Policy’ (MPP) programme at the Blavatnik School of Government in Oxford, and thus corresponds to the duration of the programme. The funds are used to cover tuition fees and living costs. The exact amount of the scholarship is not disclosed. It is awarded in memory of David H. Pollock and Tomislav Zegarac and is intended for students who have already distinguished themselves as leaders in the public sector.

Eligibility

• Course: You are currently studying the one-year Master’s programme in ‘Public Policy’ at the Blavatnik School in Oxford, or have been admitted to study there.
• Track record: You have already demonstrated leadership qualities or made a significant contribution through your commitment to public service.
• Nationality: You can apply from any country. Previous scholarship holders have come from Georgia and China.

How to apply

There is no separate application process. All those admitted to the MPP programme are automatically considered for the scholarship. Once you have received an offer of admission to the MPP programme, you will usually be asked to complete a short scholarship application form within about a week. The admission deadlines for the MPP programme therefore apply.
