About this scholarship

Chancellor's International Scholarship (University of Hertfordshire)

You will receive a tuition-fee reduction of about EUR 590 to EUR 4,700 (ranging from £500 to £4,000). This is a one-off reduction in your tuition fees at the University of Hertfordshire in the UK. The amount of the discount depends on your grades, your English language proficiency, the quality of your personal statement and your personal circumstances. The university offers this discount to new international students and will deduct it from your tuition fees once you have enrolled.

Who can apply

  • Who pays your fees: You must pay the full amount of the tuition fees yourself, directly to the university. Financial support from your family or help with living costs will not have a negative impact on your application.
  • Field of study: Open to all subjects.
  • Nationality: All nationalities welcome.

How to apply

There is no separate application procedure. The university will automatically review your application and supporting documents and will notify you of the amount by email if your application is successful. Please apply by 25 July.

How realistic are your chances?

Every eligible new international student is automatically assessed. There are no additional hurdles and no competition for a fixed number of places. If you meet the basic requirements and cover your own tuition fees, you can expect to receive funding. The amount you receive will depend on the quality of your grades, your English language skills and your personal statement.
