Ms. Ingefred Juul Andersen's Scholarhship for Nutrition and Household Economists

Benefit

You receive a one-off grant of around 1,600 EUR for your professional development as a nutrition and household economist. You can use it for continuing education, study trips, courses, conferences, or writing and printing publications and cookbooks in your field. It can also help if you are in financial hardship. The fund is named after Ingefred Juul Andersen and is run by Danmarks Lærerforening, the Danish teachers' union (DLF).

Eligibility

• Qualification: You are a qualified nutrition and household economist (ernærings- og husholdningsøkonom) or hold a professional bachelor's degree in nutrition and health (professionsbachelor i ernæring og sundhed).
• Already working: You work in the field. Current students cannot apply.
• Membership: You are a member of Danmarks Lærerforening (DLF) or Kost- og Ernæringsforbundet, the Danish food and nutrition professionals' association.
• Nationality: Any nationality can apply.
• Where it applies: The grant supports activities in Denmark. No particular institution is required.

How to apply

You apply through the online form linked from the DLF member page. The deadline is 31 October each year. You hear by December whether you have been awarded a grant.
