Miss Marie Månssons Scholarship

Benefit

You get a grant to help pay for a study stay abroad. The amount is not stated. The money comes from Frøken Marie Månssons Legat, a Danish foundation that supports students in financial difficulty at three institutions: the University of Copenhagen, the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. For DTU students, the grant covers the cost of studying abroad as part of your degree.

Eligibility

• University: You study at the University of Copenhagen, the Technical University of Denmark, or the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts.
• Where you go: You spend part of your studies abroad.
• Financial need: You cannot fully fund your studies on your own. This is the central criterion.
• Field of study: Open to all subjects.
• Nationality: All nationalities can apply.
• Progress (DTU students): You studied diligently in your first year. Good grades help but are not required.

How to apply

DTU students apply online through DTU's Beyond Borders system. This grant is combined into one application with the related Hotelejer Anders Månsson og hustru Hanne Månssons Mindelegat. The deadline is expected in June.
