About this scholarship
What you get
You receive up to 20,000 DKK per application (about 2,680 EUR) from the Hjælpefonden, a support fund run by the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences (SUND) at the University of Copenhagen. The money covers one of two things: emergency help if you fall into sudden financial trouble, or support for a study trip linked to your thesis (speciale). A thesis trip must last at least 1 month, and the fund covers trips of up to 6 months. Thesis trips are the fund's top priority.
Who can apply
- Your school: You study at, or have graduated from, the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences (PharmaSchool) at the University of Copenhagen.
- Level: You are a bachelor's or master's (kandidat) student, or a recent graduate. PhD students cannot apply.
- Your situation: You are in sudden financial hardship, or you are planning a thesis study trip abroad or in Denmark.
How to apply
The next application round runs from Monday 5 October 2026 to Friday 30 October 2026. All applications, including emergency ones, go through this main round and are submitted online through the Grant One portal.
