Marie Langhoffs Scholarship

You will receive a one-off payment of at least 2,500 DKK (about 335 EUR). This comes from the Marie Langhoff Legacy, a Danish foundation that has been supporting visual artists since 1993. The money will be paid out approximately one month after you are notified of your selection.

Who can apply

• Field: You are a visual artist and work in fields such as art and design.
• Age: You are under 35.
• Financial need: The foundation gives preference to applicants on a low income, so a tight budget works in your favour. This is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
• Nationality: Any nationality can apply.

How to apply

Please send a written application by post or email to the Foundation’s administrative officer. Please enclose a covering letter, your Danish tax assessment (Årsopgørelse) and examples of your work. You may apply at any time; the next application deadline is 1 December. Only successful applicants will be contacted.
