European Union Talent Scholarship at IE University

This scholarship reduces your tuition fees for a Master’s programme at IE University in Segovia, Spain. It covers 10% to 40% of your tuition fees, depending on your academic performance and the portion of the costs you are unable to cover yourself. The reduction applies for the entire duration of your Master’s programme. The IE Foundation awards this scholarship to support talented students who face financial barriers.

Who can apply

• Degree level: You are starting a Master’s degree at IE University in Segovia, Spain.
• New student: You’re just getting started and haven’t enrolled yet.
• Admission first: You can only apply once IE University has admitted you to the degree programme.
• Field of study: Every master’s programme at IE University is recognised.
• Merit and need: You have an outstanding academic and professional track record and can demonstrate that you are unable to cover the full cost of your tuition fees yourself.

How to apply

Please complete the IE’s online application for student finance whilst you are applying for admission and before your course begins. The deadline is the start date of your course. Once you have been admitted, a committee will assess both your academic performance and your financial circumstances.

How realistic are your chances?

As funding is limited, meeting the criteria does not guarantee approval. Where two applicants are equally qualified, priority will be given to the one who can demonstrate a greater financial need; it is therefore important to provide a clear, well-documented justification. Applying early gives you the best chance of success.
