Choir Scholarship at CEU San Pablo University

You will receive a 3,000 EUR discount on your tuition fees for one academic year at CEU San Pablo University in Madrid. The scholarship is awarded to students who are studying for a degree and who are also talented singers. In return, you will join the university choir, attend all rehearsals and perform at events where the choir is due to perform. The scholarship is awarded by the Fundación Universitaria San Pablo CEU.

Who can apply

• University: You have been admitted to, or are already enrolled in, a Bachelor’s or dual degree programme at CEU San Pablo University in Madrid.
• Field of study: Any degree programme except medicine and dentistry.
• Enrolment: You are a full-time student and are taking at least 60 ECTS credits per year.
• Singing: You can sing well and want to join the University Choir. Students from music schools are especially welcome.
• Grades (first-year students): In the last two years of the Bachillerato (upper secondary school), you achieved a final average mark of at least 6.5 out of 10.
• Grades (later years): If you are already studying here, you achieved a grade point average of at least 7 out of 10 last year.
• Nationality: Any nationality can apply.

How to apply

You can apply from 24 March until 4 June 2026 (until 23:59). The decision will be made on 18 June 2026. First-year students should apply via the scholarship portal once they have been admitted. Students from the second year onwards should apply by email to the university. They must pass two stages: a singing audition followed by a personal interview, and they must meet the admission and academic requirements.

How realistic are your chances?

This award is aimed at a small group. You must have genuine singing talent, pass an audition and commit to regular rehearsals and performances. This ensures that the group is limited to those students who are prepared to take on this challenge. If you’re a good singer, meet the minimum grade requirements and would like to join the choir, your chances are good. The number of scholarships is set each year, so be sure to apply early within the application period.
