General Description
The French Embassy in Russia is providing scholarships to jointly supervised PhD students. These doctorates are available in all disciplines taught in France, and require alternate stays in France and Russia. The scholarships last 4 years, and provide tuition exemption, a free visa, free social security and priority access to university accommodation.
Requirements
Applicants must be Russian nationals under 35 years of age, and graduates of the Russian higher education system. These students must be fluent French speakers, and they must choose the a joint PhD between a Russian and French university.
