Autonomous Community of Extremadura - Supplementary allowances for university students

General Description

The Autonomous Community of Extremadura is offering Supplementary Allowances for University Students natives from Extremadura that are beginning their undergraduate studies. There are 2 types of scholarships: i) Accommodation, for students that need to live outside the family house when studying. ii) Amount linked to the family income, to cover the general expenses of the studies when the family income is very low. Value: EURO 1.500 for the Accommodation scholarship. EURO 300 for the Amount linked to Family Income scholarship. A student can apply to both scholarships and students with disabilities can also be recipients.

Requirements

Applicants must have been born in Extremadura or reside in Extremadura; Must be conducting their first year of undergraduate studies in the University of Extremadura or any other public university in Spain in programmes not available in the University of Extremadura; have a documented economic need.
