University of Bari Aldo Moro - Cheques for tutoring

Benefit

You get paid to tutor other students at the University of Bari (Università degli Studi di Bari Aldo Moro) in Italy. Tutoring means helping fellow students with their studies. Each grant pays 4,000 EUR net for 300 hours of work. The university funds these grants from the national Fondo Giovani, a state fund for students. In 2024 it awarded 98 of them.

Eligibility

• University: You are enrolled at the University of Bari.
• Level: You are a Master’s student (Laurea Magistrale).
• Field of study: Any subject.
• Nationality: Any nationality, provided you are studying at the University of Bari.

How to apply

Please apply via the university’s call for tutor applications (‘Bando Tutorato’), published by the ‘Orientamento e Tutorato’ office. The application deadline is 9 July.

How realistic are your chances?

This is a paid tutoring position, not an open scholarship, and it is restricted to Master’s students at a specific university. As a result, the pool of eligible applicants is quite small. As around 98 funding places were awarded in one of the last few years, there are plenty of places available and not just a single award. If you are enrolled on the right degree programme and apply in good time, your chances are good.
