General Description
The Government of Mexico offers a scholarship programme for international students who wish to spend a period of studies in Mexico, either enrolled in complete degree programmes or in the form of a short-term stay. The amount of the grant will be up to 540 Euro monthly; funding will be provided for three years in the case of doctoral students, two years for master´s degree students and one year for undergraduate students (the programme also offers short-term mobility grants to support undergraduate and graduate students in a semester abroad).
Requirements
Applicants must submit copies of their finished degree certificates complete with transcripts of grades, which must show evidence of attainment of a minimum grade point average of 8/10 or equivalent for the last academic degree obtained. They need to be already admitted to a study programme at a Mexican higher education institution; a motivation letter is also required.
