About this scholarship

General Description

The ESCMID offers a grant programme to cover travel expenses of young graduate European scientists or physicians. The hosting institution must be located outside of the applicant's country of residence. Grantees will receive a one-off allowance of up to 1000 euro (600 euro if their traineeship takes place in Europe).

Requirements

These grants are open to graduates of Medicine working in the field of clinical microbiology and/or infectious diseases. The age limit for candidates is set at 35 years old. Applicants must also be ESCMID members.
