Hugo Storm Clausen's Memorial Scholarship

You get a one-off payment once a year, paid out on 14 August. The money comes from a shared pot of 25,000 DKK (about 3,350 EUR) per year. The board splits this pot between the students chosen that year, so your amount depends on how many people get the scholarship. The grant is tax-free.

Who can apply

• Who it is for: You are a young student with a disability and need financial support.
• Where you live: You live on the island of Langeland in Denmark. You also qualify if you are a pupil at Geelsgaardskolen, a special school in Virum near Copenhagen for children with severe physical, mental or sensory disabilities.
• Field of study: Open to all subjects.
• Nationality: All nationalities can apply.

How to apply

There is no application form. Send a written application to the foundation's administrator by 30 June each year.
