Kalundborg High School - Kalundborg Municipality's Scholarship for Students and Graduates with a Higher Preparatory Examination (HF) from Kalundborg High School

What you get

You will receive a one-off grant of 250 DKK (about 34 EUR). The exact amount is determined on a case-by-case basis, and some people receive a higher amount. Each year, the fund pays out a total of around 100,000 DKK (approximately 13,400 EUR), which is divided amongst several recipients. Kalundborg Municipality (Kalundborg Kommune) manages the fund to support graduates of Kalundborg Gymnasium og HF in taking up higher education studies in Denmark.

Who can apply

• Your school: You are currently attending Kalundborg Gymnasium og HF or have graduated from there. This includes the three-year upper secondary programme (STX) and the two-year higher secondary school leaving examination (HF).
• When you finished: You can still apply even if it has been several years since you graduated.
• Where you study: You use the money at a Danish university or another higher education institution, such as a technical college or teacher-training college.
• Field of study: Any subject.
• Nationality: Any nationality can apply.

How to apply

Please send a short letter of motivation by post to the fund in Kalundborg. You can apply at any time of the year. The deadline for applications for the next round is 1 June. The scholarships will be awarded at the school’s graduation ceremony in early June.
