General Description

The application for a special scholarship for the disabled student joins judgment about the degree of disability. Instead of ruling on the degree of disability allowed to attach to the application a statement of the total or partial inability to work or inability to live independently.

Requirements

Special grants for the disabled student may receive under disability confirmed the judgment of the competent authority.

Special scholarship may be varied depending on the predicate the degree of disability. If during the period for which the scholarship was granted, there was a change of the predicate a higher degree of disability, the remaining installments are to be paid to the scholarship may the student be increased.
